Facebook Jail

I’ve been in Facebook Jail many times before, and except on one occasion, its been basically justified. At least according to their standards, which apparently don’t include jokes.

This time it was for the following comment:

“This is the real reason the Germans are evil.”

What prompted this? Someone in my feed posted a clip of a bizarre sport I’ve never heard of before, which I think is exclusively played in Germany. It’s a weird hybrid of Soccer and Hockey, basically soccer played on ice. As a big fan of both Hockey and Soccer (I think these sports are about as close to perfect as sporting varieties can be) I thought German culture needed to be taken down a notch, so I commented and Zuckerberg “disagreed”.

Well one of Zuckerberg’s minions “disagreed”, lets not get too puffed up here.

Life goes on.

(To be clear I was joking. The Germans have done some good things…from time to time. )
